    "message": "We got a number of quotes and did a lot of research and planning before committing to our extension. This was and is a huge decision and life-changing event in our world, so we gave it due diligence. We chose Complete Home Solutions (CHS) because of Sean’s patience, knowledge, competence, and reassuring eye when trying to extract all the information and ideas that were in our heads to generate a quote offering improvements and/or reality checks as necessary. We felt the price was fair and had confidence in his ability to achieve our dream. We also had a personal recommendation from a friend who used CHS for their slightly smaller project. I’m pleased to say that we made a good choice. The environment for carrying out any building work in the middle of a global pandemic was challenging to say the least. Sean’s reputation, contacts, and experience in the industry came into their own in progressing with the build and working hard to honour his original quote despite huge instability in cost and material availability. He was always available to chat and work out solutions, bringing things up as necessary. The builders on site were also to be commended. On more than one occasion we had compliments from neighbours on their friendly approach and effort to remain tidy and respectful, which made a big difference. Most importantly, there was expertise on site to discuss various options as issues and opportunities arose. Completing a build like this is a huge privilege as you can look at every detail and create something exactly to your requirements. CHS offered every opportunity to do this despite it clearly being time-consuming and inconvenient. It would have been much easier to simply do what they thought was best! The team also dealt with third parties in my absence, still maintaining quality control. An example being the non-acceptance of the kitchen worktop for a well-spotted defect in its manufacture. Excellent work, CHS! Finally, there is nothing I am not happy with and whilst I’m no builder, I do recognise quality workmanship and experience. Everything from carpentry to plumbing to electrics to plastering has been done to an exceptional standard by a team that have clearly been working together for many years. My final observation is that the team were really invested in the success of the project with professional pride. We built an excellent relationship over the nine months and this was visible in pulling out all the stops to get us back into the house so we could celebrate Christmas as a family.
